76sqm – Similar to our Beach Villas, but with a few extras added. A fully furnished sun deck, a private cabana boasts a relaxing Maldivian swing overlooking the lagoon. An indulgent bathroom is set in its own outdoor courtyard, and all villas enjoy prime positions right on the beach.
76sqm – With the added luxury of an outdoor jacuzzi bathtub, these villas are always in high demand. Beyond their spectacular bathrooms and spacious king size bedrooms, sliding glass doors open onto large terraces set with a dining table, sun loungers and an inviting Maldivian swing.

90sqm – Only six Water Villa with Pool can be found on the jetty, and with infinity plunge pools, overwater hammocks and large outdoor decks with steps straight down to the lagoon, it’s easy to see why they’re so popular. 110sqm – Each of our five Grand Water Villas with pool boasts a private infinity edge swimming pool on an oversized sun deck, prestige ocean views and steps down to the lagoon. Inside, you’ll find a panoramic king sized bedroom with separate lounge area, plus a bathroom with a deep-soaking tub and separate shower.
220sqm – Two Bedroom Water Villa with Pool is situated at the end of the overwater jetty and enjoys the best views in the house. A world unto itself, the suite can host up to six guests and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with dining area. Outside, an expansive deck features a private pool, daybed, loungers and dining table, with steps leading straight down to the lagoon.
