Jason was an excellent Maldives agent from start to finish. He was very thorough, taking the time to explore multiple properties for us to find the best fit for our group, and his knowledge of the Maldives really showed throughout the planning process. He was always very responsive and happy to accommodate changes and tweak plans without hesitation. After deliberating over many resorts, we booked Niyama and it has really been spectacular. We've been to the Maldives 3 or 4 times before and this is the best property and experience so far. Jason even came to welcome us at the airport on arrival making everything feel seamless and well looked after, and went above and beyond for us in general. She also went out of her way to help make the stay more memorable as she convinced the resort to prepare a little aneversary celebration upon arrival. It was so special. Her colleagues also were quite helpful when we first arrived at the airport and made sure that we're all set before sailing to the resort.
