Ms. Queen from Lily Tours Maldives is very responsive. As it was our 1st time to Maldives, she had carefully selected a few good resorts for us to choose from. The process of booking and making payment were easy.
She welcome us at the airport and check on us to ensure everything was going well during our stay in Maldives.
We were staying in Atmosphere Kanifushi. And over there, we were kept busy with plenty of activities throughout our stay. Our butler is always responsive and check on us too! Some of the restaurants are serving nice and quality food, which we were happy to revisit repeatedly
I was looking for properties in maldives when i bumped across the advert of lily tours. I casually messaged them to find me a good property with various conditions since i was travelling with family. Not only they came up with 5 great options but also at a better price than what i was able to get myself. their representative Queenbee was constantly in touch for whatever smallest questions we had about our reservation and other things in general. Also she came to receive us and ensure we are comfortable at the airport early morning despite the resort/property rep being already there. overall a very professional team and a great experience!
Our experience working with Lily Tours and specifically Muzaina, could not be faulted. She worked with our requirements and budget constraints to get us the perfect holiday.
And when the property cancelled last minute, she worked with us to make sure we had a replacement that worked for us all - a 21 year old as well as the parents.
From the planning, to greeting us at the hotel, making sure things were in place during our stay till seeing us off she made sure that my daughter had a 21st birthday she won't forget.

I whoheartedly recommend Lilly Tours as a professional agency. Never in my life have I encountered full attention and organization of a last minute request for a resort trip. Moreover the trip was tailored last minute and was not officially advertised on the official website - the booking was made at 7 pm and Lilly provided final confirmation at 10 pm the same day outside regular working hours! For those wishing to use Lilly Tours - do not get discouraged with lack of referrence in the street while searching for Lilly Tours. The office is located in the building on the 3rd Floor. My advice for Lilly is to add a picture of the building indicating the location of staircase leading to the office - it is really worth the effort!

Lily Tours Maldives was a fantastic choice. Bee was our tour representative and she was able to fulfill every request for assistance we had in our trip. Including some last minute itinerary changes that Bee handled seamlessly. We provided a set of requirements from price to family accommodation and she was able to narrow everything down.
